Robert
C. O'Brien has served as a neutral in domestic and
international arbitrations for the American Arbitration Association
(AAA) (Commercial panel), the International Centre for Dispute
Resolution (ICDR) and eResolution (ICANN). He is on the list
of neutrals for the World Intellectual Property Organization
(WIPO) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Mr.
O'Brien is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Institute
for Transnational Arbitration (ITA). From 2005-2006, he served
as the United States Alternate Representative to the 60th session
of the United Nations General Assembly. Mr. O'Brien also served
from 1996-1998 as a legal officer for the United Nations Security
Council, Compensation Commission, where he headed the team responsible
for the precedent-setting panel that decided government claims
arising out of Iraqi's 1990-91 invasion and occupation of Kuwait.

Jerrold
Abeles has served on the Los Angeles Superior Court's
panel of arbitrators and neutrals for nearly 15 years, and has
arbitrated or mediated approximately 100 cases. Whether appointed
by the court or selected by the parties, he decides a broad
variety of cases, including construction and insurance disputes,
and products liability, breach of contract, commercial landlord-tenant

Bela
Lugosi has extensive experience as a private arbitrator

an entertainment company executive, give him unique insights
