Amy I. Borlund practices in the areas of entertainment, general business litigation and commercial litigation, intellectual property, and entity formation and governance.

Ms. Borlund's legal experience includes the defense of major corporations in product liability, toxic tort, general negligence and contract matters.

On the transactional side, Ms. Borlund has formed corporations and LLCs and advised on corporate governance issues. She has also represented tax-exempt organizations, and has advised employers on compliance with state and federal requirements for employee management.
