Jennifer C. Terry is an associate in the firm's Los Angeles office. She practices in the areas of commercial and business litigation, with an emphasis in employment law and Latin American business and trade within the United States.

Ms. Terry served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable J. Thomas Greene in the United States District Court for the District of Utah. She also worked in the general counsel's office of the University of Utah, where her caseload emphasized a wide spectrum of higher education employment matters, including Title VII race and gender discrimination, faculty tenure, and labor unions.

Ms. Terry's transactional experience includes counseling Latin American companies doing business in the United States. She has conducted extensive research on the North America Free Trade Agreement. Prior to law school, she lived in Argentina and Ecuador for several years. Ms. Terry speaks fluent Spanish.
