Waller practices in the area of complex business disputes.
She represents and counsels clients in a variety of
litigation and pre-litigation contexts involving a
broad range of issues such as contract claims, business
torts, employment matters, royalty stream payments
and merger agreements. Ms. Waller represents clients
at both the trial and appellate levels in state and
federal courts.
Ms.
Waller has extensive experience litigating complex
civil actions, often in high profile cases. Her expertise
also encompasses interpretation, application and
analysis
of statutes, rules and other regulations. She is
a member of the California State Bar Business Law Section.
